Most hoods ship same day if ordered before 12 noon.  Customers calling after hours will receive a return

call the next business day!

NOTE:  The customer is responsible for getting the right hood for their truck.  If you have questions please ask before ordering.  TruFit will do whatever we can to make sure you get the right hood.  If the wrong hood is ordered, the customer will be responsible for all freight charges to get the hood back to TruFit, as well as, all freight charges to get a new hood to you.

 

HOODS MUST BE THOROUGHLY INSPECTED A TTIME OF DELIVERY!  ALL HOODS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT MUST BE REFUSED OR NOTED ON THE BILL OF LADING!  IF DAMAGES ARE NOT NOTED THEY WILL BE THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY.  TRUFIT WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES/CONCEALED DAMAGES NOT NOTED ON THE BILL OF LADING. 

IF CONCEALED DAMAGES ARE FOUND AFTER YOU HAVE SIGNED FOR THE HOOD, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL EXPENSES TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE HOOD. 

TRUFIT WILL FILE ANY AND ALL DAMAGE CLAIMS THAT ARE NOTED ON THE BILL OF LADING AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.
